Sea Breeze Inn Booking Conditions
The Sea Breeze Inn Fort Walton beach has the following booking conditions for guest. We look forward to hosting you.
Check In Time: 4:00PM
Check Out Time: 11:00AM
Cancelation Policy: 48 Hours
Policy Details: We have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by (11:59 PM Central Time) 2 days prior to your arrival date. If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival (11:59 P.M) Central Time, no fee will be charged. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Credit cards may be pre-authorized prior to arrival. The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided.
Extra Person Fee: All of our rates are for double occupancy. Any additional people will be charged $10 per person per night. Please refer to the max occupancy for each room. Units cannot exceed maximum occupancy due to local fire regulations.
Crib and Extra Bed Policies: No cribs or extra beds are available.
Late Arrival: Guests arriving after 12:00AM (Midnight) must notify the property of arrival time
Check-In Policy: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. No modifications or cancellations are allowed once you are checked in.
Valid government issued photo identification, or valid passport for international traveler and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
